Shhh...Conceal It Please...

Concealer is a highly pigmented cosmetics-used to cover dark spots, under eye circles, blemishes and other imperfection. Use a concealer which is the one tone lighter than your foundation. But I usually choose two tones lighter for a better coverage. Concealer may be applied with finger tip or synthetic concealer brush (hygienic reason) which is specially made for cream. Apply concealer before or after foundation (I prefer after foundation). After applying concealer set it with loose powder.

I personally prefer cream concealer because of the smooth finishing. Liquid concealer looks way too cakey. I am soooooo in love with Laura Mercier's Secret Camouflage which is a two-shade system camouflage that can be blend together for the perfect shade (LMSC No. 5 suits me best). Other than that, I would recommend Laura Mercier's Undercover-a combination of Secret Concealer and Secret Camouflage) and also Bobbi Brown Creamy Concealer Kit and Makeup Store All Mix Concealer.Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage

Cab VS. LRT

I finished my class about an hour late and I knew that it was an extremely bad timing to go home...However, I was way too tired to shop-hopping and I knew that I would be buying some cute gorgeous irresistable (maybe) clothes or shoes or bags...and there goes my RM flying away!!!

What I did was, to walk all the way from Pavillion to KLCC LRT station (my cardio of the day)...Well, if I were to take a cab ride, those evil cabbie might charged me double or maybe triple and I will have to listen to them b****ing about the horrendously congested traffic of KL..hmmmm....I guessed if u choose to be a cabbie, u just have to bear with the heavy traffic...Or else maybe u can try to apply for the post of Star-LRT driver...YES!! I sounded too harsh but I hate cabbies..

And so I arrived the LRT station around 1730 and to my surprise-the Malaysians were actually queue-ing!!!what an improvement (highlight of the issue)...I managed to squeeze myself into the 4th LRT which passed by since I started queue-ing...what a relieved (*sigh)...Inspite of the fact that the LRT was as packed as sardines, I have nothing to grouch cause I'm just paying RM1.60....Nevertheless, I felt that the operation needs to be upgraded...Maybe an addition of the 3rd coach...

One of the problem having dark skin is to choose the right shades of foundation, so that you will not end up looking greyish( Eh comeonlah!! I know u people always choose 1 tone lighter so that u'll look fairer but kalo dah hitam tu hitam gak..u wouldnt look fairer but instead kelabu)...I have always used M.A.C Foundation before but now I would go for Loréal Perfect Match because of the better coverage and its light texture. Well as for me, I mix two shades in order to get the right colour for my skin..so I would mix 50-50 Loréal Perfect Match G6( one shade darker than my skin) and N7 ( same shade as my skin). Loréal Perfect Match has been classified into 3 catogeries which are the R(Rose), N(Neutral) and G(Golden/Yellow). As for Asians the N & R will suit us better because of our yellowish or brownish skin pigment.

Why some people are fair and some are dark?

Basically every human being has the same amount of melanocytes ( the cells in the bottom of the skin epidermis). But what causes the colour is the amount of melanosomes in melanocytes which is responsible to produce melanin. So to make it short and simple, darker people has greater amount of melanin and they are exist all over the epidermis.

Lastly, decorative cosmetics brand such as M.A.C., Bobbi Brown and Shu Uemura have a wide range of shades to match the tone of the coloured skin.

I am soooo in love with the multicoloured eye makeup or some may call it the rainbow eyes..This eye makeup may not be that simple to apply but trying it is sooo much fun. The look is fresh and interesting!
In order to master this look, it would be better to use pearlescent textures which are lighter than the matte ones.

Been sooooooo long....
Since I have sooooo much free time, a new friend of mine suggested me to write a blog and that made me realized-I actually have one which has been abandoned for quite some time...

So I'm back in Malaysia(HELLOOOOO MALAYSIA) and these are the things had had happened in the past 8 weeks:

made new friends..(they know who they are ;D)
was at nestle for 9days and quit..(Actually I didnt quit-just disappear from the company,well lucky me I didnt have any contract but obviously I have been black-listed..congrats me)
put myself in a lot of crisis..(Apparently I realized my Godbro could be right-25 is the new 50)
enrolled myself in a personal makeup course..had the 1st session and was really happy about it (makeup makes me happy-yeehaaaaaaa!!!)
been sending zillion of resumes for my final year project and had a positive respond from only ONE company from Germany...If I were to put it in percentage 0,000001% positive respond and 99,999999% no respond(been advised by my lecturer to decline the offer due to some circumstances)
had my 1st ever casting for DOVE Shampoo (rambutku..mahkotaku) and was told to be super extra GEDIK (am I not gedik enough?!)
karaoke-ing almost everyweek..had 3 karaoke sessions last week(AF7 here I come!)
hiding from MLM(oh crap!!I'm too big to hide myself)
slept for almost 20 hrs yesterday(that makes me the Cosmetics Panda)
been taking cab regularly and they are bunch of SOB!!(was charged RM15 from KLCC to BBC on the 3rd day in Malaysia-JAHAT*%@#!"µ)

THE BEGINNING

When I was young..I used to go through randomly my mother's green makeup bag for her lipsticks,nail polish,blusher and eyeshadow..Well at that time I was still young, so I thought these were the essential gadgets for makeup..My brother was always my model..pity him..that was why I always wanted a sister but not now anymore..Since I always spoilt Mummy's makeup, she decided to lock her makeup bag..

Due to the fact that my access to my mother's makeup bag had been denied..I moved to natural products like flour, turmeric and sourplum...But those were the days 20years back...

In the 21st century, makeup techniques have become a lot more complicated than designing a skyscraper....the right touch will turn u into the most perfect being god ever created..
